I heard about Contadora... and said that Jon and Shawn were last to leave with it.\
 
What is the purpose of this place.. I Thought Isla Perico is for the bootees.....then what is for ContadoraHuh?

Isla Contradora is where the production crew stayed.
Isla Perico was where the bootees stayed.
Isla Bartholome was where the the tribal council took place.
Isla Mogo is the Drake Camp.
Isla Gibraelon is the Morgan Camp.

I had a look at that great map that Wezzie and Dan have put together  Cool
 
I see that none of the challenge beaches are on Morgan's island.  Some are on Drakes Island.  It looks like they had to travel from island to island for every challenge.

My understanding is those two were the last to take a flight home after the show wrapped, and that's what that refers to.
