Fan poll of best moments
According to a fan poll first released during the America's Tribal Council finale of All-Stars, these were the best moments from the first eight seasons:

Sue Hawk's bitter "snake and rat" speech in Borneo
Michael Skupin falling in a fire in The Australian Outback
The Ghandia scream "you're way too close" in Thailand
Jenna Morasca and Heidi Strobel taking off their clothes in The Amazon
Jon Dalton (aka Johnny Fairplay) making up a lie that his grandmother had died when she really hadn't in Pearl Islands
Rupert Boneham stealing shoes from his rival team in Pearl Islands

:laff:

As of the first 12 seasons, only once has Jeff Probst not been able to tell who a vote was cast for. In Thailand, Clay Jordan cast a vote that read "Bye, Bye Denver Diva," which was ment for Ghandia Johnson. Jeff had to ask for the voter reveal himself in order to clarify who the vote was for.

I can imagine this scene! I thought it is really funny!

In Palau, Ulong became the first tribe in the show's history to lose EVERY immunity challenge, and won only a total of three reward challenges. When it was down to Bobby Jon Drinkard and Stephenie LaGrossa, they lost another immunity challenge; because there were only 2 players left on Ulong, when they went to tribal council, Bobby Jon and Stephenie had to compete in a fire-building contest. Stephenie won. When Bobby Jon brought his torch to Jeff Probst to be snuffed, Probst said, "The tribe has definitely not spoken. Nonetheless, it's time for you go."

It's sad to read about this again.

Osten Taylor quit the game in Pearl Islands. Osten originally asked his tribe to vote him out. Then he stated at tribal council, that he was quitting, claiming he had serious health problems and his health "is more important to me than a million dollars" Jeff Probst felt he had no real reason to leave the game, but had the remaining tribe members verbally confirm that they accepted his decision. Probst considered Taylor's decision dishonorable. In protest, Jeff Probst snuffed the torch with the words "Per your wishes, go home" and tossed his extinguished torch to the ground. The producers refused to air the post-departure confessional that he recorded, which typically would have appeared during the closing credits and on the Pearl Islands web site.

Jeff really sound so angry!

Most Tribes (Career): 7, Rupert Boneham. On Pearl Islands, he belonged to Drake (his original tribe), Morgan (he was briefly considered a member when the opposing tribe "kidnapped" him as part of a reward), and Balboa (the season's merged tribe); on All-Stars he belonged to all four of the seasons tribes: Saboga (his original tribe), Chapera (when Saboga was dissolved), Mogo Mogo (as a result of the "tribal shuffle") and Chaboga Mogo (the merged tribe).

This sound so confusing..
