Survivor Alex in hot water

As part of the dominant Moto Tribe, Survivor Fiji contestant Alex Angarita is living the easy life as part of the "rich tribe." Back in the real world, Angarita could be doing some hard time.  
 
TMZ.com reports that Angarita, a 28-year-old lawyer, appeared in court today facing charges that he attacked two L.A. police officers when they were investigating a 911 call after the Survivor Fiji launch party in February.  
 
The nature of the 911 call reportedly was a heated argument at Angarita's apartment between himself and his girlfriend.  
 
According to the official complaint, Angarita is accused of using threats and violence against the police officers.  
 
He is charged with two felony counts of resisting arrest, one felony count of battery with injury on a peace officer and one misdemeanour count of possession of marijuana.

I think having to be on the same tribe as Dreamz and Lisi should be punishment enough.  Can't they count that as time served?

I agree totally exile except that I would add Michelle also. What about that look on her face when she was trying to play nice and get Dreamz and Cassandra to feel solid with the tribe? :rolleyes:
