Adidas has presented a new shoe with biodegradable material that has been designed to decompose a few hours after its extraction with the help of a solution of water and enzyme.
The only one that has: the current design seems to be attached to a foam sole, which suggests that a large part of the footwear would still end up in a landfill.
Adidas' Futurecraft Biofabric was presented at the Biofabricate Adidas Adilette Slides Damen conference last week Adidas Stan Smith Womens in New York.
