Someone should tell Jase that it's not backdooring if you actually compete in the Veto Competition!!  It's just called losing. . .

I think he considers it backdooring because at the time of the Veto competition, he wasn't expecting to be nominated and didn't feel he's in danger that week, that's why he didn't try too hard. Remember, he gave up on the "No Veto Next Week" part, so that means he didn't quit because he didn't want to play anymore but because he has to think of his game for next week as well.  
 
Then again, the random veto players makes backdooring someone impossible this season. But it still sucks to be evicted without a fight. And don't say he had a chance by winning the Veto, because as I said, he wasn't in any danger then. If he knew what these people were thinking then I bet he would have tried winning the Veto.

He had a chance of getting Will evicted by coming up with a good argument, but he decided to throw a hissy fit instead. He decided that whining and complaining about something that wouldn't change anything was more important than campaigning to save himself.

.............he sure was!  And his hissy fit was a joke!
If I were in that house, I'd give up on nothing!
They were in the house to play the game!
Too bad for him, he did not think it important!
 
I cannot stand Will & the sooner he goes, the better!
In fact, there are a lot in the house that should go, & soon!

I don't really like Jase, so I'm glad to see him go at 9-0.
 
Backdooring is when the replacement nomination after the Veto is used is evicted, right?

Backdooring is before veto takes place and the HOH thinks that someone will win veto, and the HOH wll nominate who he/she wanted from the beginning to be there other than the 2 he/she nominated already.  It is pre-planned, and has intentions before any veto takes place.
