Tornados Hit Indiana

It has been a rocky afternoon here in Indiana.  Tornados have caused much damage in the Indianapolis area and just south of there.  We are in good shape here near Kokomo.  I just had an e-mail from my daughter who teaches in an intermediate school near Indianapolis.  She said everything is okay there, but she had just spent 30 minutes "hunkered down" in a band instrument storage room with 150 sixth graders.  My other daughter and her husband are still at work and we have heard reports that there was a touchdown near there home.  Please keep your fingers crossed for them and a little prayer wouldn't hurt either.  I'll keep you posted.

Everything is okay with my family.  There was no damage at my daughter's house.
 
Many people are homeless tonight.  The latest estimate is that 100,000 homes are without power.  The hardest hit areas in the state are South of here.  There are lots of Indiana families that could still use your good thoughts and prayers.
