This was on our local (Indianapolis, IN) news last night, I couldn't believe it.  The latest in home parties, you know the kind Tupperware, Longaberger, PartyLite, etc., is the Botox Party.
 
That's right Botox, for erasing wrinkles and frown lines.  The party that was covered on the news took place in Carmel, IN, an affluent suburb of Indianapolis.  A plastic surgeon was present and he explained the procedure and offered it to anyone present who wanted it at the cost of $400.00.  It would have cost $500.00 if done in his office.  The party was complele with gourmet food and wine, even a piano player for entertainment.  It showed him doing the procedure on one of the women,  :gorgeous:with the others looking on.  The party was for ladies only, with the only male being the doctor.
 
I think I'll keep my well earned wrinkles and laugh lines, I had a good time getting them. Wink

Oh yes, this is definitely true. I heard a California doctor on the radio several months ago, talking about how the ladies host a botox party and he goes into the home and injects like 16 of them at once (probably makes BIG bucks!) and they all sit around and eat wine and cheese and get their botox.  Disgusting!
