I think I saw Carter a few weeks ago at the back of the US consulate in Toronto which I pass when I am parking our car. I was quite certain it was him talking to the security.

A Canadian boy was also nominated for his work for children. I hope he gets nominated again. He has been working against child labor since he was about 12 years old and he is now 19 years old.

Carter is such a great pick. Cool
