Amber Alert
Issued Wednesday June 11.

Christian Ferguson

9 yrs., 4', 75 lbs, black male with light complexion with a short afro hairstyle.

Christian is severely mentally challenged and may be dressed only in a diaper and wrapped in a multicolored blanket.

He is on a special diet and requires medication twice a day or he may slip into a coma.

He was in his parents car in St. Louis MO US at about 6:30 AM on Wed. June 11 when it was stolen. The vehicle has been recovered but Christian is still missing.

Anyone with information is asked to call the St. Louis PD at 314-231-1212 or dial 911.

Prayers go out for Christian and his family for his safe return soon.......

I think it's very unlikely that his abductors kept him. I was reading on another site that what happened was he was in the backseat and dad stopped to make a phone call at a pay phone and was standing outside the car with it running when someone quickly jumped in and drove off with it. I am betting they didn't even realize he was in the car when they initially stole it. The car was found dumped somehwere else later on, but the kid wasn't in it. Your average car thief isn't also your average kidnapper, so my guess is they dumped him out somewhere along the way, and thanks to his condition he may have wandered and then slipped into a coma. Either way, whoever they are, I hope they rot. They could have even anonymously phoned in a tip as to where they left him...especially once they found out about his condition on the news.

most people would take someone liek poor little christian to a hospital if they found him, and the hospitals aould know to be on the look out for him.

I too am losing hope, although this would be a good case of where I would LOVE to be wrong.

The difference is that Elizabeth wasn't severely handicapped and didn't require medication twice a day to keep from slipping into a coma. I too wish with all my heart that he returns home safely, but I think the odds are very slim at this point...

If you click on the yellow banner, there is normally an update on the page it takes you to, if anything has changed. Sometimes when I want more info, like how the boy was taken in this case, I will do a google search and see if I can find anything. That's how I found out the dad was making a phone call.

No, I don't spend nearly that amount of time. I know a few good spots to go to specifically and check there once or twice a day for any news items of interest. I post here several times a day, but I don't think I normally spend 2-3 hours doing that either. I type very quickly and probably spend anywhere between 5 and 20 minutes each time I pop in, which is 4 or 5 times in an average day (and that time includes surfing for news articles in another window). I won't disagree that I am very busy though. I upkeep several websites (the others are not related to reality tv) and then there are other aspects of my job that take up the majority of my time.
