Italian couple celebrate 78 years of marriage
 
 
ROME (AFP) - A couple of retired farmers from the Rome region have celebrated 78 years of marriage, the local authorities said.  
 
   
 
Pierluigi Toselli, 100, and Antonia Iannelli, 97, were married in 1925 and have outlived two of their 11 children.  
 
 
The reportedly happily-married couple are hoping to still be together for their 'oak' anniversary after 80 years together.  
 
 
More than one in five Italian marriages eventually ends in divorce.
