I am watching the Jessica Lynch interview on Primetime right now. And I have a new respect for this young woman who never gave up on life in the midst of such horrific tragedy. Her voice speaks for many who went unrecognized and died fighting for our country. Thank you veterans and thank you Jessica.

I saw in her eyes - the horror of what all vet's must go through on the fields of battle.
 
I have great respect for Diane Sawyer, but I wish she hadn't brought up the issue of anal rape.  It seemed to cut through Jessica.
 
Which brings back to my mind - the alledgedly nude poses of her with some of the G.I.'s.   Somehow, I don't picture her doing that.  I'm probably too gullible, but.....

Reporters, they get way too personal.  I saw Jessica on the Today Show this morning.  She says she does not remember that time and even if she does, I aplaude her for not telling the whole truth.  Are we, the American Public, so sordid that we would want to hear every horrible detail?  I don't!
 
We also saw her movie on Sunday.  The Iraq Attorney deserves a medal.  I wonder what happened to his  
Father-in-law?   Does anyone know?    It showed the couple's home being blown up at the end.  How about the young soldier who hadn't fired a gun in 7 months and it kept jamming, but he took out a group of Iraq soldiers in the midst of it all.    Cool Cool Cool He deserves a medal also and much more recognition than he has gotten.
