A US computer programmer threatened to torture and kill employees of companies who send spam emails. Charles Booher now faces a five year prison sentence and a US$250,000 fine following his arrest.

It is believed that Booher snapped after his computer was bombarded with ads promoting a larger penis. He then took his anger out an a Canadian firm, threatening them with Anthrax, as well as disabling one employee with a bullet.

He then proceeded to threaten torture with an ice pick and power drill, going so far as to claim that he would hunt down and carstrate those responsible for not removing him from their mailing list. This was his first and only discussion with the company.
