Bryant attorneys ask to dismiss charge  
Attorneys for NBA star Kobe Bryant have asked the judge to dismiss the sexual assault charge against him with opening statements less than a week away. State courts spokeswoman Karen Salaz confirmed the motion was filed, but its contents were not immediately available.
