I believe he's guilty as it gets, but like OJ, he'll walk.

OK, I actually think it will be "Not Guilty" which is not the same as innocent.  Not guilty simply means there was not enough evidence to find him guilty.  There was that "shadow of a doubt" thing.

Personally, I don't know if he's guilty or not.  I watched the Bashir interview, and I didn't see what all the fuss was about.  He struck me more as a grown man playing at being a little boy.  Don't know if he just never got to be a kid, so he's reverted back... or, (and we've wondered this for YEARS), maybe Michael's "Happy Meal" is short a few fries.. if you know what I mean..  Wink  He really hits me as a grown man with the reasoning capabilities of a kid.  I mean, if he was truly guilty the FIRST time this all started, and he paid off the other boy (implying he knew it was wrong), why would he turn right around and not only invite kids back to his home, but allow it to be videoed that they were there?    It's not logical, adult reasoning...  I honestly think there's some sort of mental issue going on there.

Probably innocent in criminal court and guilty in civil court... just like OJ

I think he'll be found not guilty.

I have not seen all of the evidence or listened to all of the testimony, so I do not know whether the man is guilty or innocent. We only hear parts of the evidence and not the whole, so any decision we come to wouldn't be based on the whole truth. So, while I think he'll be found not guilty does not mean I believe him to be one way or the other.

The jurors don't get to hear the whole truth either, as evidenced in the OJ case.  They only get to see bits and pieces of the evidence as well.

Oh, well, I've never had jury duty and the only time I've been in a courthouse was on a field trip in school, so I have only studied theory and not execution of law.

He probably did it, but like with all celebrities, the verdict will be not guilty.
