Is Christina Aguilera getting married?

I heard something on the news about Christina Aguilera. I only caught bits and pieces of it, but then I heard the word "wedding" and I was like, whoa! Is she getting married?

I havent heard anything about it.  I watched E.T tonight and Im sure it would have been on there.  I will keep my ears open tho.

I expected to see an article s, instead all there's only a question about something heard!
 
Am I mis-informed isn't this thread 'supposed' to be articles we find in the news?

(andPOP) - Not as gross as Celine Dion marrying her much older manager, and much more heart breaking to those pubescent teens who thought they had a chance: Christina Aguilera is getting married, and unless you are Jordan Bratman, she's not marrying you.
 
Bratman, a music executive, proposed to Aguilera, 23, Friday night while the two were vacationing.
 
The couple has been dating for two years. No wedding details have been set.
 
Aguilera released her debut album in 1999 and has won three Grammy Awards.
 
Bratman is an employee of her management company and was formerly the assistant of producer Dallas Austin. He was the director of A&R for producer Dallas Austin's DARP Music Inc., eventually becoming Austin’s manager. He has worked with Madonna, Michael Jackson, Boyz II Men, TLC, and Pink.

When one starts a thread  "IN THE NEWS", an article with same heading follows in the subject body.
 
If someone had started a thread on CA, then a question would be OK.
 
It is my thought that IN THE NEWS should be just that!
