I know we have had this a lot though, but It is OUR TURN to decide the fate of Mr. Jackson.

You all know what I think about this case, or do you, Well I think the accuser is lying about this whole thing.  Michael Jackson will be acquitted of all charges.

I'm going with "Not Guilty" which is different from "Innocent"... Innocent would mean they think he didn't do it.  "Not Guilty" on the other hand means that he could have, but they don't have the evidence to prove it, or there is reasonable doubt.  (I learned this watching Court TV.. Smiley)  And with all the testimony I've read in the news, I can see them coming up with resonable doubt... however, keep in mind, we don't have all the information the jury does, since cameras weren't allowed in the courtroom and we're having to depend on the press to give us the facts (which in and of itself is a bit of a laugh.. Sad)

I believe he will be found not guilty.....however i feel he's as guilty as hell!

His accuser may not have been the most convincing but why would he and his family go forth with such a thing when they knew that no financial settlement from MJ could be made?

Sure they'll make money from books, movies etc but why put yourselves through  such an ordeal!

Sorry but IMO MJ is a very sick and warped individual!

i agree with Bec.  I would vote guilty, but he may be found not guilty because the accusers family isn't exactly wholesome.

If only they could have gotten that first accuser who Michael paid to have shipped out of the country so he couldn't testify...hmmm

Innocent?  (He's just misguided) Yeah, right!........oops sorry, I was busy having a conversation with myself.

Not guilty......but I believe he's guilty and it wasn't proved beyond a resonable doubt.

I had to go with Not Guilty also.
Had the case against him years ago gone
to trial, my verdict might be different.

Beyond a reasonable doubt hasn't been proven that we've heard.
In this case, he may have done all they say, but it is my feeling he
was set up and that was the motivation for being in his company.

Yep.  I also don't think that the prosecution has proved the case beyond a reasonable doubt.  In my heart, I want him convicted.  According to the justice system, however, I have a feeling he won't be.

The inner turmoil and torment he'll suffer for his actions will follow him the rest of his life--assuming he doesn't cut his life short.

I go with the old adage about where theres smoke theres fire.  I think he is at least guilty of providing liquer to minors.  What 46 year old men sleep in the bed with young boys to whome they did not father?  As for the parents,  shame on them for letting their children around this guy.  They new what kind of charges had been on Michael in the past.  It seems to me that the mother knew that she could get money from Michael.  I would never allow my children around a man charged as a pedophile in the past.

There's no inner turmoil rupe.  He honestly doesn't think he's done a darn thing wrong.  He doesn't care about the lives of these kids.  He thinks he's helping them

not that I am saying that is what I believe, but it is what I will believe the outcome of the trial will be

I would have to say none of the above. The only thing I know about the case is what the media spoon feeds me and I don't like to pass judgement based on that.

In my gut I think he is messed up enough to have done it and if he did he deserves his fate and needs to get help to raise his self-esteem.

I have to vote not guilty based on what I've seen. I think that it's a lot like the O.J. trial. We all know that somethings going on but the prosecution hasn't been able to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.

It's difficult serving on a jury and trying to keep personal judgements from clouding logic.

I don't think I could.  I'm sure I'd be excused from any jury because I can't not be prejudiced on things like this.
