Father Admits To Raping 7-Week-Old Daughter

Joseph Sorah, 34, was sitting in a Clermont County jail cell Wednesday night on a half million dollar bond. He faces one count of rape and one count of endangering children.
 
 
Friends of the family called for a life squad last Thursday, because the infant was vomiting uncontrollably. She was rushed to Children's Hospital, where doctors detected several abnormalities from patterns of abuse.
 
 
The baby's mother said her husband told her he abused the infant on four different occasions.
 
 
"I'm sick over it," said Shannon Sorah, the infant's mother. "Sick, disgusted, angry."
 
 
The charges against the Milford man have outraged prosecutors who plan to take the case to the grand jury next week.
 
 
"It's disgust, it's revulsion really of what takes place here, and really a thought of how could a human being do this to another human being," said Woody Breyer, Assistant Clermont County Prosecutor. "You'd be prosecuted for doing this to an animal."
 
 
The baby was at Children's Hospital as of late Wednesday night, where she was said to be healing from her injuries.

 
 Angry I am so outraged when I read things like this! What could be going through his mind to do this to a 7 week old girl let alone his own daughter?!

That has to be the most revolting thing I've heard all week! What kind of world are we living in? That person should go to jail for life! But, after Jackogate, who knows what will happen?

So the mother new that he had done it four different times and did nothing to stop itHuh  That's just as sick!!
 
a 7 week old babyHuh?  my god they aren't even off mother's milk yet.  My heart aches for that child.

OMG!  There is No way I can express my feelings on this  
kind of sick sick sick behavior.  Any sentence he gets won't  
be harsh enough, in my opinion!

Losing his "member" would be a start, in my opinion.
 
Really, no punishment they can dole out will atone for what he did to this baby.  I'm amazed the child even survived.  Cry

The sad part is we don't treat these people in the legal system as harshly as we do murderers.  He will be back out on the streets again in our lifetime and he will do this to another child again.  Pedafiles are repeat offenders.

Oh dear!
I hate to say it, but this goes on every day to babies the world over.
I can remember three instances when I was in Nursing school ( in this same area, I might add) while admitting babies to the hospital, opening little girls diapers and finding such awful damage, I would want to throw up.
No headlines, no big police investigations, just a terribly abused baby! Cry
