Nic and Keith Married!!!

Just 4 hours ago sydney time at 5.30pm Sunday 25th june Nicole Kidman arrived at st patricks church in the beachside suburb of Manly in sydneys north to wed country superstar Keith Urban.
 
Nicole arrived in a white Rolls Royce accompanied by her father.
 
Nicoles dress was off white and appeared to have puffy sleeves, she also wore a full veil.
 
The reception is now in full swing and the newlyweds have just released one photo to the media. It shows a happy couple but it is hard to really see the full detail of Nicoles dress.
 
Her sister Antonia was her Matron of Honour and her dauhter Isabella acted as bridesmaid.
 
Guests included Hugh Jackman and his wife Debra Lee Furness, Naomi Watts, Russel Crowe and his wife Danielle, Baz Lurman ( director of Moulan Rouge), singer Neil Finn, Rupet Murdoch, his son Lachlan and wife Sara O'Hare and many local celebrities.
 
I wish them both all the happiness in the world Smiley Smiley

Most of us ladies feel for Nic, after her very public dumping, especially since she was pregnant at the time.  It came across as very cruel.  Most of us having either been dumped in a cruel manner or seen it done to a friend at some point in our lives, sympathized.  We feel good about seeing her get back on her feet and come out on top.  It has more to do with that, for me, than it ever has about her being a celebrity.

Rhune I feel exactly the same! The reason why i feel so happy for her has nothing at all to do with the fact that she's a celeb. I see her as someone most of we girls can relate with, someone who is "just like us". Cruelly dumped and then having to witness her ex hubbys childish and stupid antics over his new love!  Nic has handled everything with grace and dignity.....and I really am thrilled to see her so happy........YOU GO GIRL!

I was surprised to hear that Tom was at the wedding... he apparently brought the children and came to the wedding as well??

I wish them luck.  I've met Keith on two occasions and he's a really nice guy.  Haven't met Nicole.  
 
It's really tough to maintain a marriage when people are NOT always in the public eye and separated often due to tours and movie shoots, so I can imagine how tough it is to maintain a marriage under those circumstances.  Plus, throw in Keith's past history with drug abuse and it will be all that much tougher.  I hope they make it and that people leave them alone.

Tom was absolutely NOT at the wedding!
 
His two sisters escorted Connor and Isabella to Australia. Isabella was a bridesmaid and Connor was a groomsman/pageboy for Keith. The children were whisked off again early the next morning by Toms sisters and flew back to America much to Nicoles and her parents disgust as they had hoped to spend more time with their grandchildren. I can promise you Tom was not there at all!
