Another boy for Britney

I don't really care about the offspring of celebs but I'm quite bored today and don't have much else to do at the moment.
 
So as I noticed no one else has posted this "ever so exciting"  ( said with tongue firmly in cheek) i thought I'd pass 5 minutes of my day by doing so.
 
So there you have it....Britney Spears and hubby have another son. Britney apparently wanted this one born on sept 14 the same as her first sean preston but hubby Kev put his foot down and said no, his sons were not going to have the same birthday!
 
So that's how it's done huh? You just decide what day you want your baby born, spouse disagrees so it'll be born the day beforeHuh Guess mother nature has nothing to do with it all then.
 
yes I am verrry bored!!!!

did she have them both Caesarian?  If so, then you can choose the date and they just take the baby.. I had a friend that did that... never had a labor pain one, just went in that morning and they delivered the baby...

I'm slightly skeptical of this because in the Life and Style I bought this morning there is an article about how she is having a girl *yes I know ultra sounds are not 100% accurate.. But it also says that she scheduled her C-Section. it seems to me they would have mentioned the date if it was so soon or the fact that Brit wanted it the same day.. Plus I thought she was not due until october... As well, there is nothing on yahoo news or CNN about this. I did see an article that MTV said she had a baby but it was not confirmed by anyone... So until I see more solid proof I don't believe it
 
(that is not to discredit you bec or anything)

discredit all you like Amber, I promise you I wont be upset at all if it turns out I was wrong!!! I just saw the report on the msn website and I was so bored i just posted it. I too thought the baby wasn't due until Oct.

lol, I know I just read something too about it, but the thing that makes me slightly skeptical is nothing is confirmed by anyone.. I dunno I'm just skeptical if things are not actually confirmed Smiley

Britney Spears gave birth to her second son early Tuesday at a Los Angeles hospital, according to several entertainment magazines.
 
The baby boy was delivered around 2 a.m. at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Us Weekly reported on its Web site Wednesday, citing an unnamed family source. The child was delivered by a scheduled Cesarean section procedure, People.com reported.
 
The newborn's name wasn't immediately released. Spears' New York-based publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, did not return a call to the Associated Press seeking comments.
 
It was the second child for Spears, 24, and her husband, Kevin Federline, 28.
 
The baby arrived just days before their son Sean Preston's first birthday on Thursday.
 
Federline also has a daughter and a son with actress Shar Jackson.

Ultrasounds are better than they were at predicting gender, but they are still often wrong.  It comes down to how the baby is laying and if you can see clearly or not the gender, and how experienced the technician is.  With my last son, I had 4 ultrasounds before they could tell what the baby was.  He was just doing a great job of crossing his legs or turning his back to the camera before that.  The first technician said to me, "I can't tell for sure, but if I had to guess I'd say it was a boy."  Odds are she heard something similar, only her technician was wrong.

Okay, I give in, given that it was on cnn.com I'll believe it now...  
 
And yet another reason why I don't want to find out the gender of my child until it is born..
 
It's funny. This morning I was on the shuttle from the parking lot to main campus and was reading the newspaper and there was an article about how she had her baby, a boy, and the author of the article sited the National Enquirer as it's main source for the news.
