1. Who do we see first wearing their buff on their head?
Technically "More than one".  Sherea and Ashley were shown with their new buffs on at the steps of the nontemple. (Otherwise it was Erik if previews and/or past clips are not allowed.)
2. Do we see lightning before the Reward Challenge?  
Again...Yes if previous clips are to be allowed.  (No if not.)  
3. Does Courtney mention New York in Ep. 2?  
No. Thank goodness.  
4. Whose 'naughty bits' are blurred out first during the Reward Challenge?  
Amanda's naughty bits were first.  
5. Does Jeff have to tell any of the Survivors to 'take it easy' or something along those lines during the Reward Challenge?
No.  
6. Which tribe wins the Reward Challenge?

7. Who is 'kidnapped' by the other tribe?

As has been the case for the last 100 years, previews, reviews and opening credit sequences do not count for our Fantasy Game.  Only new footage.
