Just a reminder that this is fire prevention week.

Let's each try to do one thing this week to make our home a safer place.  For me it's finally going to be checking and replacing the batteries in the smoke detectors.  Maybe we will plan an escape route or have a fire drill at home with our daughter.
 
Also we need one of those rope safety ladders for the third floor windows at the back of the house.  Maybe I will at least price them.

Thanks for the reminder addams. We took our battery out of the Smoke Detector about a week ago. It is too close to the Bathroom Sad The shower sets is off! So does the humidity Sad We usually put it back in soon but this time we have let it go. I will get the foot-stool out and put it back in now.[/color][color=Yellow][color=Pink][/color]
