Oh lordy I forgot it was Halloween. We have gazillions of kids too because some people bring their kids into our neighborhood from less safe neighborhoods - which doesn't bother me a bit, but it keeps us hopping LOL. I buy bags and bags of stuff, and every year it's all gone by the end of the evening. I love Halloween, and love the little kids loving it. Cheesy

Our neighborhood goes all out with the decorations too. One year our next door neighbors had a little glow in the dark skeleton outfit for their little dog, tail and all. It was errie!  Grin My favorite treater was a little girl, about three. She and her mommy knocked, I opened the door, and she held up her little pumpkin for her treat. I wanted to talk to her, so I asked "What do you say?" expecting "trick or treat" or something similar in a three year old interpretation. But after putting her little head over on one side and giving it a minute's thought, she came up with "Pees?" I was her slave from that moment!

Oops. Sorry Bump, I got carried away cause someone mentioned Halloween.  Grin

Well HI Gang!  Thanks for thinking of me.  Yes, I just got back from sunny Myrtle Beach.
Four days of golf with 23 of my buddies, :golf:  and four nights of sitting QUIETLY in my hotel room.  I SWEAR, I did not go out to any of those clubs or bars, and I did not drink massive quantities of beer and Jack Daniels!     :devilish:  Nor did I give dollar bills to scantily clad dancers in those establishments!!

That's my story and I'm sticking to it! Wink Grin

Crypto, I did get you a tee shirt, it says:
"My cyber buddy went to the beach and all he bought me was this lousy tee shirt" Grin

yep - I can never find it.  OK I will try to remember the code : : ) (without the spaces of course).

Thanks Crypto!

LibertyBelle I love Halloween too.  The more kids the better.  I just love answering the door to the trick or treaters.

Ouch!!
Come on Chick, have a heart!  You just don't know the stress I'm under . . . . .
. . . . . . having to get up at the same time as SuperWoman every morning so as not to cause hard feelings because she has to go to work.   You would not believe how hard it is to get back to sleep after you have already had 3 cups of coffee!! :dizzy:
. . . . . having to keep the yard looking like a page out of "Home & Garden" because it's expected! (I mean, you're home everyday!!!!!)  :whip:
. . . . . . . having to leave my golf buddies at the 19th hole and rush back from the golf course just to make sure that dinner gets taken care of!  . . . . I tell you, it's not easy being retired!! :bigcry:

It's hell!  Pure hell, I tell you!! . . . . . . .  These golf trips to Myrtle Beach are STRICTLY for mental health purposes only!!
 Grin

Hey Bumper!

I was in Myrtle Beach 10/26 - 30.  When with MrRoo (he didn't get to go with 23 of his friends - stuck with the old ball and chain instead!)  We had a great time - ate lots of great food.  Played golf once at Caledonia.  What a beautiful course!

Maybe I saw you there and didn't know it?
