I'm having a wonderful day so far! My husband let me sleep in today while he watched the kids (I just got up at 12:30 here! :yikes:

)

I found out that at 4 we're expected at my favorite Italian restaurant, and that several of my close friends who live locally will be there too.

As a gift on top of that, he got me an optical mouse (which he actually gave me a couple days ago, and I have been loving it!) It's a mouse that doesn't have a ball in it, instead it has a beam of light that tells it you're moving around instead. So, I'm just thrilled. As you all know I have little kids and my mouse was driving me crazy cause the kids would always get crumbs of something on the table and then my mouse would get all gummed up. So, even though it's computer hardware, it's a really thoughtful gift for me. Tongue
