Happy Birthday Grandma

Just wanted to wish my Grandma a very Happy 90th Birthday today. Sadly she died three years ago just a few days after her 87th birthday, from a bad flu and then pneumonia that she caught at her nursing home.  
 
Still every New Year's Day I remember her because this was her birthday.  I just realized this morning that she would be 90 years old today.
 
I loved both my grandmothers very very much.  This grandma was always sweet and kind.  She could bake up a storm of pies and cookies.  In her spare time raising 6 children she also knit constantly.  I still have several sweaters in my closet that were knit by her.  
 
Miss ya Grandma but I know you are in a better place.  Love you.

ohhhhhh i looooovvvveeeee grandmas.  i miss mine so much too.  her birthday isn't until april but we now celebrate her death...december 8th, international asparagus day (she loved to pick it on the hills behind our house...took away MY job!).
