For everyone who's not an HGTV Fan, I just don't want you to miss your big chance.  Each year they give away a "dream home".  This year it's in Florida, on the coast, and it's worth about 1.5 million dollars.  You can sign-up once a day until Feb. 17th.  Somebody's gonna win it, and I'd love for it to be somebody that I know.  (I'm not sure if you have to be a US resident or not, hope not).  Below is a link to sign up...Personnally, If I win it, I'm selling it.  Whew, imagine the property taxes!

Oh well - guess that puts me out of the running.  I'm accessing their site outside of the States.  Uh oh....here comes the SitePolice now...... :cop:

Shhhh Wings!  If you tell everyone about my house, then I'll never win it.

The house last year, some cop in Texas won and had to  sell it cause he couldn't afford the taxes.

I went to the HGTV message board, and I read some posts by the winner of last years house.   He says he sold it with all of the furniture still in it.  Don't know if I'd do that or not.  Also, the luxury tax on this years house will be about $400,000, with that and all of the fee's you'll have to pay; on a 30 year mortgage you will have a monthly payment of around $5,000....another good reason to sell, take the money, and Run!    Don't worry Crypto, I have every intention of winning that house myself
