I stole this idea from Chatter, who stole it from The Water Cooler, but what the hay. :devilish:

Today Strider has the day off and we plan to do as little as possible. Grin

We slept in late and at the moment he's reading a book he got for Christmas and having coffee, and I'm... well it's kinda obvious ain't it LOL... and having my morning coffee. After this, who knows, we're such an adventurous couple. :wink3:

today i...

got up and did my 20 minute pilates tape and am now drinking my fake coffee with soy milk and stevia sweetener. my hair is wet and wrapped in a towel on my head and i plan on trimming it once my aunt is out of the shower. (it is almost shoulder length now and because of the how much higher prince george is than vancouver, it is frizzy and out of control! :dizzy:

)

i hope that the mailman brings me my mail from vancouver today as there are several things i am waiting for. it is -7 degrees celsuis out and i want to get out and walk to the pharmacy, value village and a health food store before it drops to -18 degress celsuis like it says it might. :uhoh:

...will NOT be doing what I did since I got home Friday evening: which was nuttin'. I should have already been out the door to do my grandchild sittin' stint. I just now only ventured out my door to unplug the van and am letting it warm up.

It's warmed up here a little KA - 'bout -10C. There's a bit of a wind.

So then, when I get to my daughter's, I hope she has something for lunch. Geesh - what a lazybones I've been.

AND I will NOT awaken at the ungawdly hour of 4:30AM this coming morning. I feel like I'm in a fog....

...am ashamed to say, I'm just now getting all of my christmas "stuff" put up. It's a school holiday, so I got up and cooked a big breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage, and homemade cinnamon muffins. I've done some work, I'm now taking a break..chatting with Bumper, and then, I've gotta really get busy! It's Valentine's for goodness sakes!

okay, okay...so i missed the cinnamon bun...maybe next time chicky! oh, and i am sorry that i missed bumper too! perhaps it wasn't so bad missing bumper get the sticky part all over his face...cheeky, cheeky, esepcially since i cannot have dairy, sugar or flour...such an exciting life i am leading! :wink3:

today i....

walked in -20 degree celsuis weather to the Y to go to my first fusion class (a mixture of pilates, yoga and fitness moves). while the workout was good, the instructor kept having us do yoga moves but didn't seem to want to get the moves right... :dizzy:

...however, i am glad that i went escpecially since it was so blinking cold! i will not be taking my poodle out for a walkie today. no frozen doggie! no!

have sat in front of the puter all day doing Astrology charts, which I totally enjoy doing. That is that's what I've been doing when Strider isn't wanting this or that - he took the damn day off again today LOL. (Hey, he got the leaky plumbing fixed, so I can't complain too loudly. Grin

....managed to stay abed 'til 5:45AM and just couldn't stand the tossing and turning anymore....sigh!

...on the way to my daughter's I went to GoLine - a cold weather clothier. I needed boots for this freezing part of the world. Buh bye to a hunnert bucks. Ah well.......

...and I changed my mother's long-distance and int'l phone service. These $300+ bills have got to stop.

Yea - the stuff's gonna get done. Great thread coggyBelle.....good motivational tool! That is - IF one wants to get motivated....

Now it's almost time for AmeIdol#2. Yea!

this cannot be for just a few of us, come on people, SHARZEES! Cheesy

today i got up early to take my next door neighbour to the prosthetic doctor but as he has been yesterday and was in pain from the work done on his leg, he ditched me! actually, since turn about is fair play, we are square now since yesterday i ditched him because i was fearfully of driving when it was so cold. i had thought there would be ice but apparently it only gets icy when it warms up a bit! so here i sit with a poodle on my lap.

p.s. i won't ask liberty but i too am interested. in case anyone wants to check it out, i get my horoscope delivered daily at www.emazing.com. the astrologist is nolah myers and i have found over the past two years that he can be quite spiritual and thoughful in his readings. :tup:
