I have never heard of the lysistrata project.  I looked at the website but did not want to click on links because I am just on dial up at home.
 
What's this all about and did anyone go to one of the readings?  What a great idea

Lysistrata is a greek play...
 
It was a comedy written by Aeerostophanies,
 
It is set durring the Peoloponesian war.... the story is that Lysistrata gets the women together from both sides of the war in in effort to try to end it...
 
They band together and withold sex from the men untill the war is ended.... many places did "readings" of the play all over the world today... I couln't go because I had a meeting I couldn't miss Sad
 
but I was there in spirit
