thank you everyone for these lovely birthday wishes.  I found this birthday year was our busiest.  We had a house full of young children here yesterday and I was quite overwhelmed by the racket that 12 youngsters can make at a time!  But it went well and I think everyone had a lovely time.
 
It seems the current hot present for little girls are umbrellas you can decorate and colour yourself.  Wednesday  received three of these!
 
It was a Bob the Builder theme party and the birthday girl only had a couple of meltdowns - first when the other children blew out the candles and second when we didn't put Bob or Wendy on her piece of cake.
 
The store did a lovely job making the cake.   It was a sunny warm day and we all had a great time - especially Wednesday.
 
From her mom and dad Wednesday received a new two wheel bicycle with training wheels,  a cute bell (that looks like a bloodshot eyeball - her choice! LOL :laff:  ) and some streamers on her handle bars.  She looks great on it and is getting stronger every time she goes out.

Rhune you know it was one of those moments - when you have to smile and say great choice!  She was so proud of it.  The lady at the store also thought it was a great choice and mentioned it was "her last one".
