I have had a couple people approach me today and ask if I had banned Gabby from posting on our site, apparently because of a post stating this over on SurvivorAddicts. I wanted to address to everyone and state this is incorrect. I did remove Gabby as a moderator from the StoryArcs forum after Survivor Thailand, but this was because she hadn't participated in months, and the season had ended. I spoke to her briefly about it at that time and had basically said I understood if she was too busy at SA to post on our site since she had recently been made an administrator there. My guess is that my comments or their intent were misunderstood, or I wasn't very clear. While I personally find it unlikely that Gabby will start posting on our site, she is not and never has been banned from doing so. She is welcome to post here as much or as little as she would like. I have sent her an e-mail to this effect as well, but it's been a very long time since we've spoken and I have no idea if that address is still valid or if she will receive it. I felt it was important to address this publicly as well, since many of you may also have questions about it.

). Thanks for putting it out in the open and allowing Gabby to respond if she likes.

So many of these problems come from miscommunications, and I hope thats what has gone on here.

Gabby, I know how much it sucks to be banned from a board for a stupid reason, and I am glad to see that you weren't in this case.

Why she didn't post that info earlier, is curious.

I've been over there and I'm more than a little dumbfounded at what's being said. The majority of it is plain out-right lies. They have me portrayed as a liar, for one. This situation has been bastardized and is so distorted - it doesn't resemble anything truthful.

Though Rhune didn't tell me nor did I ask her, I knew she hadn't banned Gabby.

I was actually trying to give her a polite out since people had said to me that she had been making comments about how she didn't want to be a forum op here, and had only done so since she lost a bet wtih Eric. I never questioned her on that, but after the season ended and she hadn't participated in roughly 3 months time, I basically said to her it was ok if she was too busy at SA to participate over here and I understood. Like I said, I can see how that was easily misinterpreted.

I'm sorry that what's being said over there is upsetting to you Wings. I am banned from SA, so I haven't seen what's being said, just had it passed along to me.
