RED HAT SOCIETY - for the ladies!

Cool Cool Cool  Have any of you heard or are a member of the Red Hat Society?    
 
It is a club fairly new and I was just wondering if any of you have heard of it, and just what it is all about, besides being middle aged,  wearing red hats  and purple to the meetings!
 
What a sight this must be, to see a group of red hats heading in your direction!
 
Who knows, this might be fun!!!
 
Inform the rest of us if any of you have any information!

One of my husband's cousins belongs to the Red Hat Society.  I don't know much about it, but I remember her talking about how difficult it was to find purple clothes to wear to the meetings.  Grin

I HAD CHECKED THAT SIE BEFORE POSTING HERE!  tHESE CLUBS ARE POPPING UP ALL OVER THE USA.
RED AND PURPLE TOGETHER, BEAUTIFUL!  I HAD A PURPLE/RED 4 PC SUITE YEARS AGO AND LOVED IT!
 
ANYONE WANTING/NEEDING FEMALE COMPANIONS SHOULD CHECK THIS OUT. I'M NOT SURE I HAVE TIME FOR MORE FRIENDS TO MEET FOR LUNCH, ETC.  MY LIFE STAYS PLENTY FULL, BUT IF AND WHEN I EVER DO, I SHALL CHECK INTO THIS, LOOKS LIKE FUN!
