i remember driving between trail and nelson bc on the salmo stretch.  i was about to pass a car and then thought to wait for 'some' reason.  the reason appeared not two seconds later when a moose crossed the highway in front of the car ahead of me narrowly missing him.  that was when i had a vw golf.  if it were between my golf and that moose, my golf's a$$ would have been grass!   Wink
