I think Addams and I both need it. I keep coming here and quickly reading the boards and checking my PM's.

I have guests coming in tomorrow evening and I'm supposed to be cleaning my house, deciding what to fix for dinner for them, and packing. The main purpose (as far as Mr. Irish is concerned) for this trip is the National DeSoto convention. We met this couple at the convention last summer and they are coming in from the St. Louis area tomorrow evening, spending the night with us, and we'll all head out on Wednesday morning for Frankenmuth. Now, this brings me to the next thing.
Prayers and positive energy sent our way would be appreciated. We will be driving our old cars, so please send good vibes our way for a safe trip. We will be traveling in a 1958 DeSoto and our friends in a 1956 model. I hope they have that many miles left in them.

I would like to lose a few unwanted pounds before Saturday too. I may have a solution to the problem.
Addams, we can sit in the DeSoto for our "Forums Photo", that way you will only be able to see our smiling faces and the rest of us will be behind closed doors. This will also let people see the car Mr. Irish has so lovingly restored over the past 18 months. Do you think Gomez could do that?
