Say you want to use BOLD.  If you click on this:  ,  you line up your cursor between the two center brackets - ]X[ and type your message there.  Same for italic and underline.

Essentially the same is true if you click on the green glowing "G" - you add your text between the inside brackets: G

If you want to add another action (moving, ie) to your text, you click on "<---M"; font size is "A
- you can enlarge the "2" to "15" for larger font.

I'll show you a combo but please note - for demo purposes only, I'll add an extra space between the brackets - otherwise, you might not get what I'm trying to show you.

[ move ][ glow=red,2,300 ][ b ]David[ /b ][ /glow ][ /move ]

DAVID

Did I make any sense to anyone?   :sweatdrop:

Excellent job of explaining.  Cool  There are also shortcuts so you don't have to remember all those commands, in the post form.  Those are the little grey boxes with the pictures in them.  If you can't figure out what they are by looking at the picture, if you just hold your mouse over them and not click or anything, after a couple seconds a box will pop up with text telling you what that one does.  The one that looks like a M with an arrow next to it is the one that is for moving text, etc.  Once you click on one of those boxes it will automatically plunk the correct opening and end tags for your message.  You just need to put your message inbetween those tags.

Undecided  All of this is just mush to me for I'll have to just deal with the plain ole typed words and forget about the rest. Undecided

<move>word</move>

only with [ and ] instead of < and >.  I'f I'd used [ and ] you wouldn't have been able to see my sample code.

to quote a message, the easiest way is at the top of the message, you'll see  Quote on the right hand side.  Just click on that and it will automatically quote that message for you and you just put your own message underneath, after the </quote> (only with [ and ] instead of < and > ).  You can also manually type in <quote>message</quote> (again with [ and ] instead of < and > ).
