You know I said about the same thing to my husband when I saw this one.  It's an add off cheesecakes that a site sells, not a recipe unfortunately.  But, I bet between us we could come up with a good recipe that would be like this...

ROO!  How great to hear from you.   Did you get a cake like the one Rhune showed?  Ya know - I'd print a copy of that cake and take it to the best bakery in town for them duplicate.  That's the best "recipe".  :laff:

I suspect if you made a nice rich plain cheesecake and then got some caramel squares and choped them up a bit into various sized chunks and stirred it around into the batter, and then cooked it...it might come out a lot like that picture.
