when a friend posted this at another board where i post, i had to bring it here because it sounds like such fun.

perhaps you might want to join me in answering these questions every week?

1. Name five things in your refrigerator.

water jugs, eggs, butter, lunch leftovers, some coals

2. Name five things in your freezer.

ice trays, frozen meat, Gian's choco freeze (my own recipe), mango float, some old chocolate bars

3. Name five things under your kitchen sink.

trash can, pipes, dirt, bottles, and prolly cockroaches

4. Name five things around your computer.

CDs, fax/printer/scanner, telephone, crayola markers, my treasure box

5. Name five things in your medicine cabinet.

expired medicines, pretty old ointments, gauze, box of band-aids, TAMPONS (of my sister)

garden compost, oxyclean, washing machine soup, dish washing liquid, i cannot remember ~ i just moved in after all!

my doggie, his poodle baby stuffed animal, notebooks, binder, bedding at the moment... also know that i have a laptop and it travels...

5. Name five things in your medicine cabinet.

the keeper (just what you wanted to know ~ http://www.thekeeper.com ), imitrex (for migraines), bach rescue remedy (i SWEAR by this stuff!), an aromatherapy essential oil blend for my face (that i blended myself...i use this in lieu of perfume adding a few extra drops of jasmine, ylang ylang, rosewood or patchouli), escents aromatherapy revitilizing body cream

here are the new ones...it's friday. (the last set where for last friday but we started late.)

i erased the sample answers and am posting my own.

When was the last time you...

1. ...sent a handwritten letter?

last week. i sent my ex boyfriend (who isn't really talking to me because of his new jealous girlfriend) one of my cards (with a wee letter saying i understood why he was not talking with me and hoped for the best for him.) and a small cheque to start paying him back when he covered my rent last year as employment insurance was jacking me around.

2. ...baked something from scratch or made something by hand?

two weeks ago. i made homemade oatmeal, sunflower seed, dried cranberry, chocloate chip cookies for my small group in my spiritual formation class.

3. ...camped in a tent?

ick. has it really been over two years ago on vancouver island? i really have to remedy this one in the new year!

4. ...volunteered your time to church, school, or community?

this morning, i volunteered at my church mission.

5. ...helped a stranger?

monday morning at the bus stop. someone didn;t have change for a five for the bus and wanted to break it. i didn't have the change for the five but just gave her the money for the bus.

4 1/2 years ago, right after my first son was born, to tell some family.

Last week. We had a bosses day lunch for my boss, who is a borderline diabetic. I made him a cheesecake with splenda for dessert.

I have seen too many horror movies to enjoy sleeping in a tent. The last time I did this, I believe I was 14.

4. ...volunteered your time to church, school, or community?

Hmmm....I don't know the answer to this one. It's been too long.

5. ...helped a stranger?

I can't remember the last time I helped a stranger in person, since I am at home without a car most of the time, while I take care of the kids and my husband works out of the house (we have only one car, so he takes it to work), but I help strangers all the time online with stuff, mostly technical advice, but sometimes other advice.

wicked witch (my sister and i had matching costumes that my mother made for us.)
