Now when someone says it's 0 degrees Celcius you'll know that means it's 32F.

This is soooo cool!  Most of our neighbors and friends in Florida are from Germany and use Celsius, so now I can say that our pool is 33 degrees C, and they will know how warm it is!! hee

WE woke up today to cooler weather and time change.  WHEE!  Finally it is fall here, at least for now!

55 Farenheit, 64 will be our high today!  Real nice!

Wow - I would think 91.4F would be too warm for a pool - I'm thinking algae.

What I wouldn't love to be in that pool.  I woke up to the first (albeit dinky) snowfall of the season.  The temp isn't too bad either at -2C/28.4F.  It isn't sticking to the sidewalks/roads because the earth is still to warm.

I like it at 28.8C (84F) which feels refreshing.  My hubby will only swim at 88F and above, the sissy!
I very seldom have algae because I test it every day, there is an automatic chlorine feed, and swimming every day prevents it.  When I had my knee replaced last April and was in hospital for 4 days, it was green when I got home-my hubby was taking care of it!
In winter our nights average about 65-70F, so we don't lose the heat that is done by solar.  Nothing better after a long day than stripping down in the evening and a 15 minute dip under the stars and slipping between the cool sheets.............

91.4 too warm?  Not at all, feels good.  Now 111F is way too warm, as it registered in 2000.
Algae, we never have algae, for Mr L keeps it checked, and he is very particular!

You can actually pretty much do it in your head.  The exact calculation is ( Celcius * 1.8 ) + 32 = Farenheit (if I recall correctly).  So, basically, double the Celcius number and add 32 and you'll have a good idea of the temperature.

Edit: silly smilies 8 ) = Cool

Thanks for that Dameon.

1.8 X celcius temp + 32 = Fahrenheit temp

I didn't know that formula!   Kiss
