HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

We all have so much to be thankful for.  Personally, I'm thankful for  Undecided because - those brickwalls led me to use my common sense and use the "stairs".  'Sides, banging one's head on them hurts.  :laff:
 
I'm thankful my son's health continues to be good.  My daughter is going to deliver us another beautiful baby next year.  My health spirals ever upward.  And that FN has afforded all of us a place to come to and freely speak of the good, the bad and the ugly.  It's a "place" of learning and kindnesses.  I'm thankful for all you.
 
This little guy - my grandson Quinn - has given his family  new hope for a bright future.

AWWWW, he is a beautiful precious little boy!  I know you are one loving proud Grandhmahmah, or however you spell it!  No doubt the new baby will be as pretty as he!

What a SWEETIE, MzWings!   I know you must be proud of him.  I have so much to be thankful for as well.  One, being able to come and post in such a great place. I'm thankful for you all!  Hope everyone has the best Thanksgiving ever.

THANKSGIVING
 
 
 TWAS THE NIGHT OF THANKSGIVING, BUT I JUST COULDN'T SLEEP.
 
 I TRIED COUNTING BACKWARDS, I TRIED COUNTING SHEEP.
 
 THE LEFTOVERS BECKONED THE DARK MEAT AND WHITE,
 
 BUT I FOUGHT THE TEMPTATION WITH ALL OF MY MIGHT.
 
 TOSSING AND TURNING WITH ANTICIPATION,
 
 THE THOUGHT OF A SNACK BECAME INFATUATION.
 
 SO, I RACED TO THE KITCHEN, FLUNG OPEN THE DOOR,
 
 AND GAZED AT THE FRIDGE, FULL OF GOODIES GALORE.
 
 GOBBLED UP TURKEY AND BUTTERED POTATOES,
 
 PICKLES AND CARROTS, BEANS AND TOMATOES.
 
 I FELT MYSELF SWELLING SO PLUMP AND SO ROUND,
 
 'TIL ALL OF A SUDDEN, I ROSE OFF THE GROUND.
 
 I CRASHED THROUGH THE CEILING, FLOATING INTO THE SKY,
 
 WITH A MOUTHFUL OF PUDDING AND A HANDFUL OF PIE.
 
 BUT, I MANAGED TO YELL AS I SOARED PAST THE TREES....
 
 HAPPY EATING TO ALL PASS THE CRANBERRIES, PLEASE.
 
 MAY YOUR STUFFING BE TASTY, MAY YOUR TURKEY BE PLUMP.
 
 MAY YOUR POTATOES 'N GRAVY HAVE NARY A LUMP.
 
 MAY YOUR YAMS BE YUMMY. MAY YOUR PIES TAKE THE PRIZE,
 
 MAY YOUR THANKSGIVING DINNER STAY OFF OF YOUR THIGHS.

wow has he ever grown!   Shocked  thank you so much for sharing your life with all of us!  thank you so much to all of you for sharing your lives with me.  on this american thanksgiving, i am very thankful for all of us.

I don't want to see any food for a long time.  Normally I am happy to take home some leftovers.  This time tho, my parents were going out of town and cleaned out the fridge and loaded me down.  Pass the Rolaids please.
