This is a message to Sheisback or anyone that knows lyrics for french CAnadian songs.
 
Wednesday has been trying to sing this song for the past few days.  Apparently they are singing it in the Christmas concert at her school this Thursday.  She is having trouble with the words.  I know the tune but not the words.  If I could see the lyrics I could manage to help her a bit.
 
Sheisback - do you know this song by heart?  can you type me a few lines.  Merci Merci Merci

I googled and googled but did not enter the french accents which gives more hits.  Better hits.
 
A friend in the office seems to have located the words and the tune. (Actually it was Bluetribble)
 
I will edit to add the link here for everyone shortly.

Whoa! This brings back memories to me ! When I was in first grade we had to sing that song to the school Xmas concert and I had a lot of trouble with the words. I hardly knew what some of them meant... I didnt know what I was singing!  I am sure Wednesday can pull this out with a little help.  
 
Maybe this would be a good opportunity for us to talk on the phone, since I have to speak english the more I can in order to get rid of that awfull french cdn accent,  and you might wanna check with the pronounciation of some of the words in the song. I noticed the song is written in old common french, and there is even a spelling mistake !
 
As long as you arent asking me to sing it...lol

I know it's the arcadian version LOL
 
Listen I still can't find the french accents when I want to do google.  
 
However I would love to chat on the phone WHEN Your exams are over.  So we will work on getting words right for 2004 Christmas concert.
