I like Brocolli casserole, but a relish tray is also easy.  Celery sticks, carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, or you can do half and half of veggies and cheese.  Whatever you take, n one will ever remember what they told you to bring!  Have a great time!  Grin

If the hostest has asked you specifically to bring a relish tray and rolls - I'd make contact with this person before you make the final decision to bring what you want.

A relish tray is one of the easiest and prettiest to construct.  Inexpensive, too.   Also, if you use a disposable tray or basket, you won't have anything to clean up.  Same for the little bowl for the dip - you can get these things at the Dollar store.

Good luck!

LOL, on all of the above.  Also, a quick way to make a relish tray is call your favorite grocery store deli department and have them amke one up for you and the amount you feel you'll need!  These are busy times  Grin

My sister has agreed to help me put one together.  Thanks to you all for your suggestions and comments.   Even sounds easier to do than the casserole.    Smiley
