The temps here are rather mild - just a skosh below freezing.  I noticed about one half hour ago,  bits of beauty falling from the skies.
 

 
I looked again just a moment ago and there is more than two inches of newly fallen snow.   It's the kind that sticks to tree branches and piles and piles up.  It's beautiful.  Many flakes have stuck together - the size of duck down and larger.

woo hoo!  the winter is almost over!  way to make me happy wingsy!  of course, the weather is sunny here and i am trapped inside with my exegesis paper.  oh how i love paul!  Wink
 
at least one of my roomies is bathing his bulbs in organic herbacide and planting them in the backyard.  this is reason for happiness.

Oh, ladies of the Great White North,..........hang in there.
I just checked the temp. outside my window and it says 58 degrees.  Grin Cool Grin  I'm so glad this is the last day of the Brrrr months, it hasn't been a really bad winter here, but it is time for SPRING.
 
Not for a minute do I think we are finished with winter here, but each day like this brings us one day closer to spring.  My dad has a saying that I'll share with you............"If it thunders over a bare woods, it will be white before it is green".  This has been the case in more years than not.  So far, we haven't heard any thunder, but tomorrow's forecast holds a chance for thunderstorms.  Sad

Well... yeah even here in the Eastern side of the world... It's starting to get warm...  hot rather.... Summer is near.... and fire will soon be a commonplace here....
