I spoke with Luci on the phone a bit ago and it seems that she suffered a heart attack Saturday morning - she just returned home today from the hospital.

The docs ran tests up the whazoo and it appears that with meds and care, she's going to be fine.

In the meantime, prayers and good wishes to a fine lady!

Oh goodness...you know I just sent her an e-mail today since I haven't seen from her in awhile, to see how she was doing. This certianly wasn't the answer I was expecting. :yikes:

My sincere thanks to all of you for being concerned and caring.

I did have a heart attack, there is no blockage,. I do have an enlarged heart which has an extra beat (I say that is my rhythm beat! Well I have to find some humor here! ). This causes my heart to pump faster, which causes part of the heart to not get the blood it needs.

Being too stressed definitely did cause the problem. Now I have meds that I will take for life to hopefully remedy this problem. In the meantime, I'm trying to take life easy and I do realize how precious life is! I'm not ready to be away from my husband. The total look of fear and panic on his face made me determined to be around for a while longer. He finally left my side when I insisted he go play a round of golf and relieve some stress. This is the only time in our marriage when I've HAD to insist he play golf!
