Who is Rupertydupe?

When I joined this board, I decided to not make a big deal of my gender because I just wanted to be Rupertydupe, a member of this board.   Not that I'm a bit ashamed of who I am.  Only once, I believe, have I alluded specifically to my gender.  I've just decided to remain neutral.  So...before I spill the beans (though some of you already know), I'll let YOU tell me who you think I am.
 
This much I've said about myself here:
I'm married to a person of the opposite sex
I have children
I'm a musician
I'm an American and my spouse is from another country
 
One of our most loved members here is convinced I'm a woman and another member is convinced I'm a man.

I have to admit, when you referred to your spouse (rather than husband or wife), I wondered.  I thought you were a woman until I heard another refer to you as he.  I have no idea!!!

interesting Rupe...honestly I had the impression(and I dont know where i got it from) that you were a woman...perhaps this is because I am a woman and relate to alot of the things you say, allthough I could be totally off base. I honestly have never thought about, just assumed which we all know is bad Sad
 
if you are a man I hope you dont find this next comment insulting but when you have reffered to Rupert at times and other people I have found you very maternal...I notice that quality in people alot since my mom passed away...I could be off base and you are just 'parental' - who knows !?

Oh and, I wish I would have thought of that... did you have to make a consious effort not to reveal anything about you?I really didnt notice! That would be hard for me man (when I say man i say that to men ,woman, anyone listening)-specially since I go off like a crazy woman from time to time...

I thought Rupe was a female to until Rupe referenced themself as male.  Then i just got really confused....maybe both Rupe and Spouse post under the same name?  Rupe? Could that account for the confusion?

The other day when you and I were going toe to toe about Survivor I thought you were a male ... but then I've read some of your other posts and I've thought you were female.    :chin:

Honestly I dont care I find you and your posts enjoyable I always look forward to your posts and the wit that usually follows. Your Gender isnt important to me nor is who you share a bed with! I like you Rupey that wont change regardless of your sex or sexual preference! Kiss

Just for the record, I share my bed with the same person who's been in it for the past 15 years--my spouse of the opposite sex.  In fact, next Thursday marks our 15th wedding anniversary!  Woo hoo!
