Just wanted to wish you all well and hope you have a great few weeks..!

Tomorrow I am off to Calgary to watch the Flames win(crossing fingers) the Stanley Cup, Im back here Sunday, then madly packing and getting ready to leave for Europe Tusday...didnt know how much time Id have between now and then to post so I thought Id say good bye to you all now .

Take care of yourselves , see ya in 20 days or so....

we just determined that we will be going to Cape Breton Island for our summer vacation at the end of August and are starting to plan .

So Calgary was a bust!....It was hands down the most stressful Sports event I have ever seen (Well except for the Masters when Mike Weir won) ,overtime is hard on the nerves! I met some really nice people and look forward to my next trip there..perhaps for the Calgary Stampede. We have one more shot at the cup tonight -game 7 , the play in Tampa...I dont know if Ill even know the results till tomorrow as I will be on a plane to London ...yippee!

Slight change of travel plans today, a later plane as I have decided to go directly to London so Lakelady I will take your advice and run down to the store and get me a digital Camera, I only own a print Camera (which I love), but I am beginning to see how a digital Camera would be so useful for this trip...Ill hopefully figure out how to use it on the plane.

Thanks everyone for your well wishes, they mean alot to me.

You'll LOVE Europe! Denmark was a personal favorite of mine. Other favorites:

Venice, Italy
Anywhere in Austria (especially in the Salzkammergut)
Zurich, Switzerland
Rotenburg ob der Tauber, Germany

Thanks Rupe, wish I had enough time to go everywhere... This trip is pretty much London, then to France, Belgium, and Germany...a D-day tour... Ive been a second war geek since I was a child, its going to be great!
