------------------------------------------------------------------------ --------
The last thing i wanna do is bring up this thread again but i see now that i read it that there is stuff that isnt quite right....

I was never supposed to play for the PrimeMinister and Mrs Blair, I was playing in a fairly vague DDay ceremony and I am as suprised as anyone that that any dignitary's were supposed to be present. It wasnt going to be Monday either, bit what was to be later in the week turned out to be a non event due to President Reagans death. I was to pipe in full scottish dress  with a group I played with in a school exchange earlier in my life.So just so you know I wasnt holding out, it wasnt a big deal.

If anyone knows where my pipes and camera are let me know though.....

Kelby, I'm SOOOO sorry to hear about that.  I can appreciate the monetary and sentimental value of those pipes and I hate that they're gone.  I'm glad YOU'RE better but I'm really sad about your camera and pipes.

Hmmm....and to think that some thought I wasn't being sensitive enough when I mentioned Kelly's belongings soon after her hospitalization......things are "lost" during medical emergencies all the time and that is often the victimized person's greatest loss during the whole ordeal!!!

I hope you recover all your belongings Kelby!!!   Grin

I'm sure you've checked with the airline you were traveling on, yes?    And the Airport?  Maybe offering a reward would help to retrieve them.  I'm so sorry this has happened to you.
..........and I was so upset for leaving a shoe behind on our last cruise Roll Eyes

Bagpipes and a camera, quite expensive!
