Bad News, Good News!

Last evening my sister-in-law, one of the sweetest women I've ever known, fell and broke her left hip.  She is in the hospital now and will have surgery to repair the break this afternoon.
 
In December she had both knees replaced and has been doing wonderfully and having the best time with no pain.  Now this............................
 
Please say a prayer for her!
 
Now our good news!  We have received a call from our attorney this morning that a check will be cut for us next Monday and fed-exed to them for repayment of our investment made in terrible bad judgment, on our part, last fall!  Anyway, hopefully it will be safely back into our account by Wednesday Grin  Persistance and going the only way, the legal way, was our only hope, plus he also had to pay our attorney fees! Grin Grin  YAHOO!

I will say a prayer today for your Sister in law Luci..I hope things go well and that she is pain free and back at it again in no time...and as for your good news... Cool Cool Cool.......see there is a purpose in life for Lawyers... Lips Sealed

We went to the hospital and talked with her just before she went into surgery.  I even took her a bouquet of flowers from our yard, first time I could ever do that for someone!
 
We left when she went to surgery, to eat and I had a Reunion Mtg with frineds from high school.  When I returned home about 8:30 p.m., I called the hospital and she answered the phone.  Surprize to us!  She is doing well, so far and hopefully is onto a speedy recovery.
 
Now for the other event in our life, we'll pick up the check on Tuesday.  What a relief! Grin
