Help! Video Websites with Real, WM, or QT

Er, sorry about this but I need help.
 
As you all know I am a web developer, and one of my task now is to build a webpage that has an embedded video in it. I know how to embed this three types of videos, but my boss want's to 'pretty' them up by using our own images for the buttons (play, pause, stop, etc..).
 
The problem is I don't know how they do it. I saw something like this before (I'll try to post the link here), but I think you can only do this with Windows Media Player.
 
So, the question is: Have you seen any video sites that gives you videos in Windows Media, Real Media and QuickTime formats, and they're played in the webpage itself, and they have fancy buttons (not the regular one we see). If you like, you can PM me the links to those site and I'll go check it out.

Ok I have two suggestions 1. PM Rhune see if she knows 2. go to http://www.cinecon.com/forums/ (its a forum site as well moslty kids stuff movies, games comics etc. You will have to join but send PM to Viper not is not his entire name but Pm him on this site you may well know as well

Unfortunately this isn't anything I've done before and I don't know the answer.  Usually when I don't know how to do something on the web I do a web search though and see if I can find the info. There are a lot of self help websites out there for web page building.

Yeah, I'm started searching the web yesterday, but didn't find anything. But now I got the right keywords, so I'm finding some helpful stuff.
 
Still, it would be easier if anyone suggested a video site that I can look at.  Wink
