Calling a wine connoisseur !

Hi there !
 
I am desperately searching for a wine, to give it to a dear friend of mine who has been going through a lot recently. I know she loved this wine because she kept the bottle...from 5 years ago !
 
All info I have about the wine are as following:
 
A red Suter, Merlot, from Argentina, 1999 Vintage.
 
The back of the bottle says Valmonti was the agent... but I cant find that name on google.
 
I did find a store in New Jersey  Shocked that has 8 in inventory, but they do not deliver in Canada, because of customs regulations.  Sad I found one in Alberta, but they do not deliver outside of Alberta.  Angry
 
What I would need is either a company that would deliver here in Quebec, or an individual who would accept to send me one. I'll pay all expenses with my VISA.

There is a wine importing company on my floor at work.  I can work that connection but not until Monday now.

There is no time frame for that, although before 2005 would be great ! Wink
