Disabilty Question

If one reports fraud to SSA how long does it take them to investigate? I ask this because my ex wife is getting benifits and is clearly able to work. I emailed form from website to report fraud and gave reasons why she is doing this. 1 She dosent want to work never really has. 2. She is avoiding paying child support. that is real reason I made report with Pilar's last day of work being Friday that small amount would be helpful. Anypne who works or knows something about this please let me know. I filled out form and emailed it two days ago I do realize these things dont happen quickly.

Call the District's Attorneys Office and someone there can direct you.  Don't expect anything to be fast, for it won't!

I am not and Child Support Services is seeing if they can attach her SSI payments and they wont know about that until late this month at least

It would be a great payback for her SSI check to come to you to help feed and clothe her 4 children.  Of course, it may come through by the time your oldest is 18!

Child Support Services is working very hard in fact she talked to Heidi other day and argued with her while Heidi whined lol. When I talked to her today she said she is going to try to attach her SSI and check and called Heidi a "piece of work" not the four letter word she wanted to use lol

Deadbeat parents  Angry The man who "did" owe us money wouldn't come near the county courthouse for fear fo being arrested for non-child support.  
 
He told us he had no children and we later learned he gave up all rights by allowing the Step-Dad to adopt his son at age four, therefore he wouldn't have  
to pay the child support.  He still owes about $25,000 from before that time.
 
A worthless piece of camel dung he is! :steamed: :furious:

Section III - Additional Violation/Fraud Information=It is my feelings that Heidi  SS#  is falsely receiving benefits for a disability. that does NOT prevent her from working. It is also my feeling she is doing so to avoid working and paying child support. She claims to have mental problem that prohibits her from work. then why is it she can function in EVERY other aspect of her life with NO assistance? that hardly qualifies her as disabled. Look into her daily routine at NO time will you see ANY difficultly functioning! She is collecting these fund to avoid work and child support payments. In other words FREE ride. I urge you to challenge her claim! Heidi is quite familiar with how to answer questions which is probably why she found some Doctor to go along with this. Being disabled refers to any problem that prevents one from functioning as a person without disability would. This clearly is NOT Heidi as I already stated she functions in ALL aspects of her life with NO problems. Heidi owes child support for five kids in two different states. She is using this as a means to avoid both work and payments. Her last job she was being garnished to make these payments this is her answer on how to avoid this.Heidi's old address was  phone number  this address is her sister  Heidi now resides at   Heidi using a cell phone for a phone that number is . Heidi needs to be stopped and she needs to help support her children. I wish that my name email and location be kept from Heidi to avoid problems but you may contact me.
