Let me rant for a moment.
 
A  beloved board that I've been a member of for over two years has changed servers.  The board administrators (whom I've always liked) promised the members a better board with lots of surprises when it came back.
 
The new board does have more bells and whistles but get this: only those members who have sent in donations to the admin. for the board get special privileges.  Those of us who haven't made a contribution can only store 10 PMs in our PM box.  When it's full, we have to delete them to receive more.  Also, there's a special donors' forum that the rest of us can't access.  
 
You know, I'm just really disappointed by this.  I feel as if my membership there is downgraded because those who sent in donations are getting special priviledges.
 
This makes me not want to go back to the board and it makes me all the more grateful for this board and the way Rhune runs it.

Dang, Rupey.  That sucks!  I'm on many boards but never ran into anything like that!
