i don't celebrate thanksgiving but i will post something anyway.

I am thankful just to wake up every morning.  I try to live as if each day was my last.  And if I was gone tomorrow, I would have been happy with my last day.  And all my friends and family would know the love I felt for each and every one.  
 
Other things I am thankful for:
Good health
Peace of mind and spirit
My parents
Good friends and family
Their health
Home
Job
Car
Financial stability
A great doctor and the z-pack when I'm sickly
My Tabby Cat who is good company
And last but not least...the evil EPM for creating Survivor

I am thankful that I can get out of bed each day and the ability to function as well as I do.  I am thankful to God for giving me the ability to laugh each day even when when the day is not going so well.  And for the positive mental outlook that has helped me endure the hardships these last several years.
I am also thankful for:
My wonderful children and grandchildren.
My loving and giving husband who has been my best friend, support and best father to my sons.
The lifestyle that we have been able live.
My friends and other family.
My medical support system.
My online families.
My SkippyII, sometimes.
My faith.

well.. eventhough we don't celebrate Thanksgiving... I'd say that I'm thankful for...
 
1. the air I breathe
2. the life I have
3. the people around me
4. and most importantly God's love

Practically everything I have.  I lived in Europe for two years and then in South America for nearly five years, so I know very well the value of what I have in the United States and in my very own house.  
 
I'm grateful for the mundane things that we take for granted: curtains, carpet, beds to sleep in, hot water to wash with, clothes to wear, food to eat, the cars we drive, heat, airconditioning, democracy, public utilities, modern technology, relatively good health, life, my family, my pets, the use of all my vital organs and four limbs, music, nice neighbors, four seasons, and I could go on and on...
 
Most of all, I thank God that I've never lacked for anything I've needed to survive and be happy.
